FREE MINI COURSE

Learn to cultivate sustainable energy, mental clarity, and embodied strength with a practice that extends
far beyond the mat.

The 3-Steps method built on the practice of polarities, to close the loop between effort and ease, and finally bringing balance back into your life.

Do you practice intensity but avoiding stillness?

FIRE & ICE

The Balanced Flow Method

If lying still feels uncomfortable or empty, this method shows you how to turn stillness into a living, regulating part of your physical practice.

Move with control, breathe with purpose, and rest with depth; end the habit of pushing too hard, sensing a constant restlessness and start to feel calm, balanced and energised in less than a week.

From Constant Doing to Conscious Movement and Deep Stillness

You love strong flows. You value discipline. You show up fully.

But if you’re honest, the stillness feels harder than the movement; And when practice ends, you’re often left tired, wired, or subtly disconnected.

In this free 3-part mini course, I guide you into the practice of polarities: heat and coolness, effort and surrender, activation and deep rest. The method of balance, that will allow to build not only physical strength, but also mental strength, to carry when you step off your mat.

My work blends strong flows with breath-led pacing and real recovery. At the heart of it all is something simple, often overlooked: your relationship to your breath. When you learn how to truly stay with it, to feel it, follow it, and move from it, your practice shifts. Strength becomes steady. Rest becomes deep. Your nervous system begins to trust you.

Strength becomes rooted.
Stillness becomes alive.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about practicing with awareness.

Our Process

Fire & Ice is a guided introduction to practicing with polarity.

In three focused sessions, you’ll explore:

  • How breath anchors you in both effort and pause

  • How to shift cleanly from activation into deep recovery

  • How to build home practices that include real stillness, not just collapse

You won’t “perfect” your breath in three days.
But you will unlock the key insight: your breath is the bridge between fire and ice.
When you stay with it, wheter in motion or stillness, your nervous system learns safety.
And safety is what allows real strength.

What You'll Learn

Your breath is the gateway to the practice.

You’ll learn to move with conscious breathing, not by forcing it, but allowing it to guide the rhythm of the body. As awareness deepens, the breath becomes a tool to regulate effort, create space, and stay present within intensity.

This is where movement becomes intentional rather than automatic.

Breath Awareness

A regulated nervous system is the foundation of a sustainable practice.

This session invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the body through the guidance yoga nidra and breath awareness. The goal is not simply relaxation, but creating the conditions for recovery, clarity, and deeper presence.

When the system settles, the body can truly restore.

Nervous System Reset

Practice is not only about movement; it is about learning to navigate between activation and stillness.

Through a carefully guided flow followed by moments of quiet integration, you’ll experience how effort and rest work together. This balance helps the body build strength while giving the nervous system space to absorb and regulate the experience.

Intensity becomes sustainable when it is balanced with stillness.

Dynamic–Still Balance

A consistent practice is built from simple, but intentional foundations.

Through mindful movement and steady breath, you develop strength, mobility, and stability that support both dynamic flow and deep rest. Over time, these elements create resilience; not just in the body, but in how you meet effort and release.

This is where practice becomes something you can return to again and again.

FIRE & ICE

Where Powerful Movement
Meets Radical Stillness.

About me

I am yono, movement & meditation facilitator, artistic coordinator and dj based in Berlin with over 500 hours of training, specialising in yoga nidra, vinyasa practices, yoga philosophy & sound.

I work with people who live in high-stimulation, high-output lives and feel stuck in constant nervous system overdrive. Through a balance of mindful challenge and radical rest, I help students build strength, creativity, and resilience ~ while also learning how to access deep rest, better sleep, and lasting regulation. My approach focuses on the intrinsic qualities between sounds and inner/outer spaces.

My work is rooted in lived experience: I navigate anxious and addictive patterns myself; yoga nidra, meditation, and movement are the practices that continue to bring me back to balance.

Because presence is not passive.
And stillness is not absence.
It is elevated awareness.

From my Students

Laura

“I really love yono’s voice; it’s calming but still grounding. She’s also wonderful at encouraging movement exploration, which makes the practice feel both creative and supportive.”

A.

“Her explanations are always very clear, and she knows how to adapt the practice because not everyone is at the same level. I also really appreciate that she gently corrects my alignment when something isn’t quite right, not every teacher does that.”

Gabriela

“She’s one of the few teachers I’ve experienced who can truly combine a deep, mindful yoga practice with a physically challenging class. She guides the flow beautifully and the classes always feel very intentional.”

Isabelle

“I’ve mostly experienced her videos and music recordings, and everything is always beautifully put together. There’s a real sense of care in how all the elements come together.”
